As a former high school counselor and higher education professional, I engage in support for schools, non-profit organizations, and institutions in the areas of college and career readiness and school counselor reform. I believe that my impact is most powerful when I can bring my research, writing, and expertise to schools, districts, non-profit organizations, and universities, which simultaneously shapes my work as a teacher and mentor. My work in the field consists of professional development and consultation, keynote addresses, expert testimony, invited opinion pieces, podcasts, and coaching/counseling.
